This product is open for business

Salon Management is a SolutionsCrafters product, live and ready to onboard. We welcome conversations about licensing, white-label partnership or investment, by private arrangement.

01

Context

A salon lives on its calendar. An empty chair is money gone, a regular drifts away when nobody remembers what she asked for last time, and the owner spends the evening matching the till against a notebook. Most salons hold all of that together with four or five separate tools that were never built to work with each other.

02

Challenge

Salon owners want the software a national chain runs on, without the price tag or the wait. Separate booking apps, a card terminal, paper loyalty cards and a website nobody updates burn hours every week and quietly let repeat business slip. A custom build takes longer and costs more than the shop can justify.

03 · Approach

Approach

We built Salon Management as a product, not a one-off project. Three portals keep the roles clean: the salon runs its day, the customer books and comes back, and the platform handles onboarding, billing and payouts. Payments and subscriptions run on Stripe, so money moves the way the industry already expects. One shared design system keeps every screen, and every salon website, consistent as the product grows.

System delivered

  • Three portals in one product: platform administration, salon operations and customer accounts
  • Online booking that respects service times, staff skills and real availability
  • Point of sale, product sales and daily reporting in the same system as the calendar
  • Loyalty and customer profiles that carry over from one visit to the next
  • A branded website for every salon, published straight from the platform
  • Stripe subscriptions for salon plans and Stripe Connect for salon payouts
  • A Supabase backend, a .NET API and the published @salonmanagement/ui component library
