Kapperking cuts hair for the men of Emmen from Picassopassage 47. Four stylists, six days a week, and late on Thursdays for the after-work crowd. It is the kind of shop a neighbourhood trusts: regulars who return every few weeks, fathers who bring their sons, and a reputation built on the pavement rather than in advertising.
A full chair and a ringing phone do not mix. Every call during a cut interrupts the customer in the seat, and the people who ring after closing have nowhere to go. New customers wanted to know what a children's cut or a complete grooming costs before walking in, and there was no place to send them. A shop with that standing deserved a front door that stays open in the evening.
03 · Approach
The principle was simple: a barbershop should not have to commission software to be found and booked. Kapperking runs on Salon Management, our platform for salons, so the shop gets a site built around the way barbers actually work rather than a generic brochure page: services and prices first, the team by name, booking in a few taps. We shaped the menu, the stylists, the opening hours and the booking flow around how the shop runs, matched the look to its identity, and put it live. The owner only had to describe his working day.
