DJ Holland is an Utrecht events company with more than 300 parties and events behind it. A wedding here is rarely just a DJ. It can be photography, decoration, a limousine, an Arabic buffet and a dance floor that has to stay full until the last song. Nine services, dozens of venues, and a team that is usually already on its way to the next celebration.
Every booking used to land somewhere different. A message here, a call there, a note about the venue somewhere else. Confirming a date meant asking around first. Pinning down a couple's music meant a long back-and-forth. The busier the season got, the more of the team's evenings went to paperwork instead of parties.
03 · Approach
We designed around the two people who matter most: the couple booking the night, and the person holding the diary. Couples choose a service, a venue and a date in a few guided steps, so an enquiry arrives complete instead of half-finished. The team works from one calendar everyone trusts, with availability they control themselves. And because the party is the best part of the job, we put the enjoyable side in the couple's hands: their own music programme, their own guest gallery. The whole platform speaks Dutch, English and Arabic, because DJ Holland's clients do.
