4. Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed: invoices are due within 14 days of issuance; a deposit of 30–50% is required before work commences; late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

5. Project changes & cancellation

Scope changes requested after project kickoff may affect timeline and cost. We will provide a revised estimate for approval before proceeding. Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, the Website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any delivered software.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolutionsCrafters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project and remains in effect for 3 years after the conclusion of the engagement, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
